Question: How do I outsource my software project?

  1. Find a reliable technology partner
  2. Discuss the project with the partner
  3. Write project goals
  4. Create wireframes yourself or with the help of the partner
  5. Agree with the partner on project timeline and milestones (remember – less is more, it’s better to have a couple of great features then a large number of unused or mediocre ones)
  6. Iterate, iterate, iterate
  7. Launch an MVP
  8. Iterate, iterate, iterate 🙂
